This is bespoke coaching.

That means there’s no rigid formula, script, or box you need to squeeze yourself into.
Every session is tailored around you, your goals, your challenges, and what you need support with.
Whatever you want to bring to the session, this time is for you. Space to think. Time to talk.
An opportunity to step away from expectations, pressure, and politics, so you can see the challenges in front of you more clearly, make confident decisions, and create meaningful impact that lasts.

Someone to sit beside you, listen, challenge your thinking, and help you see what you can’t see yet.
Someone to help you remember who you were before the world taught you to doubt yourself.
1 coaching session per month: £150 p/m*
Fortnightly coaching sessions: £250 p/m*
Weekly coaching sessions: £495 p/m*
*Pay monthly on a rolling subscription basis. Minimum 3-month commitment. After that, you can pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time.
→ Before each session, I’ll send you a short pre-session questionnaire so I can prepare properly and make sure our time together is as powerful and useful as possible.
→ We’ll start with a deep-dive session where we explore what’s going on for you, where you want to get to, and what’s currently getting in the way.
→ Thereafter you simply bring what’s on your mind to each session, and we work through it together.
Whether it’s work, leadership, business, confidence, self-doubt, overthinking, decisions, or simply figuring out your next chapter…
Is this therapy?
No. This work isn’t therapy, and it isn’t clinical or diagnostic. I don’t diagnose, treat, or claim to cure medical or mental health conditions.
But that doesn’t mean coaching can’t be deeply powerful. The process of understanding yourself, changing old patterns, rebuilding self-trust, and seeing yourself differently can absolutely feel therapeutic and healing.
Coaching focuses on where you are now, what’s getting in your way, and how we help you move forward in a way that feels more aligned with who you really are.
If you’re navigating significant trauma, crisis, or a diagnosed mental health condition that needs clinical support, I’d always recommend speaking with a qualified mental health professional to make sure coaching is the right fit for you at this time.
That said, coaching and therapy can work brilliantly alongside each other, and many people choose to have both.
What are the next steps?
Once you’re all in you can sign up here.
After you’ve signed up, you’ll receive your first email from me within 24 hours, usually much sooner, as I’m always genuinely excited to welcome new clients!
I’ll send over your coaching agreement to sign electronically. This is simply there to protect both of us and make sure everything is clear from the start. We’ll then get your first coaching session booked in.
All coaching sessions take place online via Zoom at a mutually convenient time that works for both of us. Each session will last around one hour.
Where do we meet?
Ideally, we'll will meet at the same time every week, fortnight or monthly.
This helps build momentum and keeps things moving forward.
That said, I know life doesn’t always fit neatly into a schedule. If a regular slot doesn’t work for you, we can keep things flexible and arrange each session as we go.
Appointments are available across different time zones, so wherever you are in the world, we’ll find a time that works.

How often do we meet?
Yes, absolutely. We can arrange a 15-minute decision making call. Contact me here and I'll be in touch to arrange the call.
Can we have a call before I sign up?
If your employer is covering the cost, I’m happy to invoice them directly, or provide you with a receipt so you can reclaim the expense.
